My godson was absolutely gobsmacked that Santa knew his name and his favourite dinosaurs! It’s late January and he still asks to see Santa’s video. I’m really hoping to make this a Christmas Eve tradition if it’s ok with Santa.

Thank you so much for once again bringing some extra magic to Christmas Eve. Santa really goes above and beyond to make the messages truly personalised and joyful. It’s made it even more special for kids and grown-ups alike (maybe even more for the grown-ups!).

This is the third year I’ve ordered from North Pole Greetings for my 3 Godsons. Their minds were blown when Santa knew about all their achievements this year. They love getting these videos from Santa and have been excitedly waiting to see if they’d get a message for the last couple of weeks.

I’d highly recommend this to anyone with children. It is a wonderful magical edition to the Christmas cheer. Why wait in queues to have a brief encounter with a generic Santa with a fake beard when you can have the ‘real’ Santa have a personal and meaningful ‘chat’ with your little ones, direct from his workshop?

My niece was absolutely amazed that Santa knew her name and wanted to talk to her. It’s been watched 6 times so far as Eloise wants to see her friend. Tonight there’s an extra mince pie to take with you 😋.

She was absolutely over the moon to see you also have a Sweep in the background and she’s now using hers to talk directly to you.

Our video was absolutely wonderful and it brought tears to my eyes watching my son watch it. As an almost 8 year old, he has been doubting if Santa is real this year, but after seeing the delight on his face watching this, I can safely say Darren saved the Christmas magic for us for at least one more year. Cannot recommend enough.

We live in Sweden and my best friend lives in London, and this year they all went to Sydney to visit Jacquis parents. What would be the perfect gift to send to them wherever they may be? A personalized message from Santa ofcourse!! Also, little Max loved last Christmas video so much and he absolutely loves Santa, he dressed up as Santa for two whole weeks. And even Otto who is well and mature and doesn’t really beliieve in Santa was just amazed at who was this Santa and how did he know so much about them?! This is the second year we have got a special video message from Santa. Felix was thrilled to see Santa again and spent much of the video checking out Santa cool workshop and covering the BB8! The attention to detail is what makes these videos really special and Felix was thrilled when Santa held up the letter he’d sent in. Watching my daughter see a video from Santa, was such a heart warming moment. She’s at that questioning age of 9 – but this Santa knew her. This Santa knew she’d moved gym club, this Santa knew about her cuddly monkey, this Santa knew about her naughty elf, this Santa knew her love of science experiments.

This Santa IS the real deal – and she’s already asked if he can send her a video again next year!
