How does it work?
Once you’ve placed your order you’ll be redirected to a page where you’ll enter all the information about your little ones. These details will come straight through to Santa’s Workshop, and we’ll then film your special one-off video in plenty of time for Christmas.
How do we get the video?
Once your unique video has been created, you will be sent an email containing a link which lets you simply download it to your computer, tablet or phone.
What format will the video be?
All videos will be in mp4 format that should play on all devices.
Does North Pole Greetings support charity?
Absolutely! 10% of every single order will be donated to the homeless charity CRISIS. Santa feels this is especially important at Christmas time when it’s so cold out, and so we’re more than happy to do this as a percentage of all proceeds.
How do I support this charity myself?
We’ve set up a JustGiving page where both North Pole Greetings and all our friends can donate and provide support to homeless people at Christmas. CLICK HERE to donate.

Is it possible to send our child's photo/letter to Santa?
Absolutely! There’s nothing more magical for the little ones than when Santa takes a copy of their letter or photo out of his big red book and holds it up to the camera! That truly makes them believe that he knows who they are. Scans or photos can be uploaded and sent to us during the booking process, or afterwards via email. Simply drop us a line!
When do we get the video?
Santa will be recording your special video in the weeks leading up to Christmas. We’ll email the download link to you by the 22nd of December. If it’s a school or place of work you can let us know when it needs to be sent by.
Do you sell out?
Yes! Because of the amount of time it takes for Santa to record all these videos and send them out, these places are indeed very limited. It’s best to get your order in early and then you know you’ll get your magical video.
Can I order multiple videos?
Absolutely! We regularly do videos for nephews, nieces, brothers, sisters, parents and even grandparents. Simply go through the order process for each video one at a time (purchase then fill out simple online form) and these details will be sent through correctly.
